Legal Update - Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024 - Dates of Coming into Force

In October 2024, The Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024 (the "Act") received Royal Assent.

By virtue of a Gazette Notification (P.U. (B) 522/2024), the Minister of Digital has appointed the following dates as the dates that sections of the Act come into force:
